An arson investigation started at 1pm today. A bomb scare in East Hollywood (Los Feliz area) had residents locked out of their homes until 10pm+ near the Russel Street block.The SWAT team has arrived and is planning to get the man out. The man is locked in his home and he is refusing to come out. He claims he has active bombs in his home which he may detnate.
